Authors are requested to follow the guidelines below and use the official templates provided for preparing their oral or poster presentations.

Oral Presentations

• All oral presentations must be delivered in person at the conference venue.

• Each oral presentation will be allocated 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers.

• Presenters are encouraged to prepare their slides using the official oral presentation template available below.

Poster Presentations

• All poster presentations will be conducted virtually.

• Authors are required to prepare their posters using the official poster template and send the finalized file to ISPST@aut.ac.ir by November 3, 2026.

• Authors who wish to have their posters physically displayed at the conference venue are requested to complete the survey available on the conference website and indicate their preference.

• Posters intended for physical display must be printed in color in A1 size.

• Authors are encouraged to refer to the provided poster prototype for additional guidance on poster layout and preparation.
