1. Will the conference be held in-person or virtually?
The initial decision was to hold the conference virtually. However, the seminar's policymaking committee is making efforts to hold the event in a hybrid format (in-person for domestic participants and virtually for international keynote speakers), provided conditions are favorable.
2. Are review articles also accepted?
Only research articles (not review articles) submitted in the introduced template will be accepted.
3. Should the article be submitted exclusively through the system?
Yes. Authors must upload and submit their articles through the seminar website, in accordance with the article submission guidelines, using the provided template, and as an Extended Abstract of maximum 2 pages. Tracking the status of the article, announcement of the review results, and subsequent steps will also be carried out through the author's user account in the system.
4. Is it sufficient for only one author to submit the article on behalf of the others?
Yes. For each article, it is sufficient for one of the authors—usually the corresponding author or presenter—to upload and submit the article in the system. However, the information of all authors must be entered completely and accurately in the article file and the relevant sections of the system at the time of submission.
5. If an article has multiple authors, is the certificate issued only to the presenter, or to all authors?
Two distinct types of certificates will be issued in this seminar:
Article Acceptance Certificate: This certificate is issued for the accepted article, and the names of all authors are included in it (provided that at least the submitting author/presenter of the article has paid the registration fee).
Seminar Attendance Certificate: This certificate is exclusively issued to individuals who have paid the registration fee and actively participated in the seminar (whether they are presenting an article or attending as a non-presenting participant).
6. In the case of multiple authors, is the article registration fee paid only once, or must each author pay separately?
For the registration and presentation of each article, the payment of the fee by at least one person (usually the submitting author or presenter) is sufficient. It is not mandatory for all authors to pay the article registration fee separately. Upon this payment, the Article Acceptance Certificate will be issued containing the names of all authors. However, if any of the co-authors wish to attend the seminar and receive a separate "Seminar Attendance Certificate," they must personally register and pay the attendance fee according to the conference registration regulations.
7. If an article has multiple authors, who should perform the registration?
Registration and article submission can be done by any of the authors. It is highly recommended that this process be handled by the corresponding author or the presenter to ensure proper correspondence, notifications, and follow-ups regarding the review process and presentation.
8. What is the maximum number of articles that can be submitted with one user account?
Each user can submit a maximum of 3 articles through the system using a single account. If there is a need to submit more, it is necessary to coordinate with the conference secretariat beforehand.
9. How should we follow up if there is an issue with registration, payment, or receiving certificates?
In case of any problems regarding registration, article submission, payment, receiving certificates, or other related matters, you can contact the conference secretariat through the communication channels announced on the website:
