We are pleased to announce that the official templates and guidelines for oral and poster presentations are now available on the conference website. Authors are kindly requested to review the following instructions and prepare their presentations accordingly.
All oral presentations must be delivered in person at the conference venue. Each presenter will be allocated 15 minutes for their presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers.
Authors are encouraged to use the official Oral Presentation Template available on the conference website.
All poster presentations will be conducted virtually. Authors are required to prepare their posters using the official Poster Template and submit their finalized files to ISPST@aut.ac.ir no later than November 3, 2026.
Authors who wish to have their posters physically displayed at the conference venue may also request this option by completing the survey available on the conference website. Posters intended for physical display must be printed in color in A1 size.
