Following the decision of the Policy Committee of the 17th International Seminar on Polymer Science and Technology, the seminar’s format has been reviewed and announced. Considering the importance of face-to-face interactions in advancing scientific quality, and with the aim of facilitating the participation of international researchers, we hereby announce that the seminar will be held in a hybrid (in-person/virtual) format. Accordingly, the presentation protocols have been established as follows:
In-person Presentations: All accepted oral presentations whose authors and presenters reside in Iran must be delivered in person at the seminar venue.
Virtual Presentations: Oral presentations to be delivered by international authors, as well as their attendees, may, at their discretion, participate in the seminar either in person or through virtual platforms.
This approach has been adopted to strike a balance between strengthening domestic communication networks and maintaining global accessibility for international experts.
